Dr. Laura apologizes for saying N-word on the air

(08-12) 17:54 PDT Los Angeles, CA (AP) -- Talk radio host Dr. Laura Schlessinger has issued an apology for saying the N-word several times in an on-air conversation with a caller. Schlessinger said on her website Wednesday that in an attempt to make a philosophical point she said the N-word more than once, and said she believes it was wrong.
