Need a good Adrenal Fatigue Doctor in Illinois, pref. Chicago area ...
Vitam D, 25 Hydroxy 32.2 range32.0-100.0 (This is very low, are you supplementing with D3?) TSH 1.15 (this isn't bad, but I like mine lower) Free T4 1.0 range 0.8-1.8 (this is lower than most people would like it to be) Free T3 293 (230-420) (This is pretty darned low...you want it to be 2/3 to 3/4th of the range or higher) 6-8 am 8 (13-24) (OH MY GOSH!!!! Are you taking anything other than the OTC adrenal supplements someone tried to get you to take?) 11 AM- NOON 5 (5-10) (Bottom of the range!!!) 4-5 pm 3 (3-8) (Bottom of the range!!!!!) 10 pm-midnight 2 (1-4) (This one is good which means you can go to sleep at night! No wonder you weren't able to tolerate any thyroid meds. You need to get your adrenals in good shape before the body will be able to do the thyroid meds. It is possible to do both at once, but you really have to be conscientious about doing it 4 times a day....and skipping doses is not going to work. At "your age", it's a rather critical hormone and will also help your adrenals. What are you taking now in the form of anything...Vitamin D, Iron, Thyroid meds, Adrenal supplements, and anything else that may be of interest.
